STEP ONE: Complete Application Form

It's important to note that Nominations are open in each state of Australia at different times of the year.

STEP TWO: Review Nomination Requirements and Selection Criteria and write your Submission

It’s important you read and understand the nomination requirements and selection criteria before writing your submission.

Applicants will be assessed on the basis of their responses to the selection criteria outlined in the Application Form. Eligible applicants are advised to address all the selection criteria. Applicants are advised to adhere to the word limits.

STEP THREE: Submit your Nomination

Once completed, send your application, selection criteria and any supporting documentation to AUSTSWIM in your State or Territory. Click here for contact details.
